Open Letter to the Boss!

Here at Strokers Dallas we pride ourselves on customer service. Like the boss always says "People don't do business with companies. People do business with people" This mantra is what seperates Strokers Dallas from the pack and the letter below is an example of that. It makes us all very happy when we get letters like these. Thanks for all the kind words gentlemen.

"Dear Rick,

It is truly rare when one runs across a business that compels one to write a letter

describing the experience. Strokers Dallas is such a business.

Let's start from the beginning. As you know, my friend Theo wanted to sell his 2007

Harley CVO. He'd been advertising in all the bike publications with no callbacks

whatsoever. He reduced his price below market and still no interest. He was not only

frustrated with his attempts but was also getting frustrated of the little problems plaguing

his bike. He was seriously considering a Honda Goldwing as his new ride - only because

he owned one previously. The Victory Vision was a distant 2

nd. Wanting more comfort

and reliability were his main concerns.

I suggested he accompany me to the American Victory Rally and check out the Vision in

detail, take a demo ride and talk with fellow Victory converts. This is where the

experience really begins.

Once visiting your trailer and speaking with you, we sensed how friendly and personable

you were. After speaking with some of your customers and taking the demo ride, Theo

was convinced the Vision was his next bike, and after telling you his story, you were kind

enough to walk away from the rally area just to see his bike and give him a great trade-in

price if he purchased the Vision from you - no problem! The only thing was, we'd have

to pick up the bike in Dallas. Road trip!

It was one of the hottest days in Dallas. Arriving early, tired and hot, I have to tell ya',

from the moment we walked in the door of Strokers Dallas, we were acknowledged by

your friendly staff at the counter with an enthusiastic "Hello" and some much needed

water. Just walking around, we felt an air of relaxation: The staff, the decor, the

customers. Everything seemed to just have a natural flow to it.

After finding out that the bike wasn't quite ready, you were nice enough to give a tour of

your place and were quite impressed with everything. Every time we needed help or

asked a question, you and your staff went out of your way to help or give us an answer.

No hemming or hawing, either! Sincerely friendly and willing to do whatever it took.

From the sales staff (Allen!), to the mechanics in the back, parts, Ice House staff, even

our catfish lunch cook! We were truly taken aback in amazement! We have never

experienced this caliber of service. And to be open on SUNDAY?!? Who the heck has

mechanics working on Sunday! WOW! With the same friendly, helpful service EVEN

NEAR CLOSING HOURS! ... Unheard of!!!!

For you to suggest leaving our bikes in your storage and for Allen to give us an airconditioned

ride to and from my brother's house because it was way too hot to ride the

bikes and be stuck in rush hour traffic?? - That just floored us!

Add to that, that I didn't come with the thought of trading in my beloved Jackpot and for

Allen (again!) to give me a deal so good on a Vision that I couldn't turn it down, was just

another part of our experience so typical of you and your staff at Strokers Dallas.

In closing, we just want to say that we feel we not only had a truly great experience but

that we really made new friends. Please thank your entire staff again for making us feel

special. You deserve every bit of success that you have, Rick!"

Your friends from Chicago,
Abi and Theo
